Returns and Refunds
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What do I do if an item arrived broken?
While I work very hard to safely package all products, sometimes things break! If this is the case, please email me with your order number and a photo or two of the broken item. Email is itslexcreate@gmail.com
Where is my order?
Orders are processed and shipped to you between 5-7 business days (unless they are pre-orders)! Please refrain from emailing until more than 7 business days have passed! LexCreate is a small business run by one person, so please be kind and know I am trying my best!
